These are 10 simple, healthy beverages that allow us a fresh start to the day.

All that we need is a blender fenced in area fast to enable us to freed the same number of vitamins, minerals and fiber in our glass:

1. Banana and pear with almond milk

– Almond milk 200ml
– Banana (without shell) 2 pieces
– Pears (peeled) 1 piece

2. Blackberries and blueberries with beetroot and banana

– Water 200 ml
– Ice cubes 200 ml
– Beets (fresh, peeled) 1 piece
– Blueberries 100g
– Blackberries 125 g
– 100g currants
– Lemon (without skin) 1 piece
– Bananas (peeled) 2 pieces
3. Carrot with mint and pumpkin

– Water 200 ml
– 200 ml yogurt
– 2 slices of carrot
– Pumpkin (peeled seedless) 200g

4. Apricot with banana, corn and mint

– Coconut water 400ml
– Corn (boiled or canned) 1 piece
– Apricot (dried) 5 pieces
– Banana 1 piece
– Lemon (rind is removed) 0.5 piece
– Mint 6 branches

5. Iceberg lettuce, cucumber with mint

– Water 100 ml
– 300 ml yogurt
– Iceberg lettuce 200 g
– 1 cucumber slice
– Green apple (peeled) 2 pieces
– Mint 6 Grach

6. Brussels sprouts and broccoli with walnuts

– Water 200 ml
– Almond milk 200ml
– Brussels sprouts 12 pieces
– Spinach 100g
– Broccoli (flowers without stem) 50g
– Celery (stem) 2 pieces
– Avocado (peeled) 1 piece
– Pear 2 pieces
– Lime (peeled) 1 piece
– several walnuts

7. Cauliflower and celery with a banana

– Coconut milk 200ml
– Cauliflower (flower without stem) 150g
– 2 stalks celery
– Bananas (peeled) 2 pieces

8. Celery with coconut milk and honey

– Ice cubes 200 ml
– Coconut milk 200ml
– 2 stalks celery
– 6 mint leaves
– 2 teaspoons honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– Half teaspoon cinnamon

9. Citrus with coconut water

– Coconut water 100ml
– Ice cubes 200 ml
– 2 orange slices
– Lime (skinless) 1 piece
– Lemon (without skin) 1 piece

10. Cucumber and kiwi with kale

– Ice cubes 200 ml
– Kale 1 piece
– 1 cucumber slice
– Kiwi (peeled) 2 pieces
– Green Apple 1 piece
– Avocado (peeled) 1 piece
– Ginger 2cm
– 1 teaspoon honey
