Spicy Cider Decongestant and Expectorant
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp powered ginger
3 tbsp organic honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
First, pour the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in a pot in order to simmer. Add the cayenne, honey and ginger. You can define the amounts to fit your personal taste. Pour the mixture in a jar and store it in a cool and dark place. Shake the mixture well, before use and drink 1-2 tablespoons every day. Also, you can warm the mixture before drinking.
Three-Ingredient Cough Syrup
3/4 cup of raw unfiltered honey
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2-4 tbsp. lemon juice

Herbal Cough Syrup
3 cups filtered water
1/4 cup licorice root
1/4 cup wild cherry bark
1/4 cup mullein leaf

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add all of the ingredients with water in a saucepan. Bring it to boil and then let it simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the liquid from herbs.
You can add some lemon juice or honey in this herbal liquid. Store it in the fridge for 6 weeks. When needed, drink 1/2- 1tbsp of it every half hour.
1 cup honey
1 cup lemon juice
5-6 garlic cloves
1 small red onion
Cut the onion and radishes into small pieces and then blend them well until you get a smooth paste. Add lemon juice and honey and blend it once more. Pour it into jar and store it up to 1 week.
